30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be approved.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in original packaging
Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items that fail inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
Custom-made or made-to-measure products
Personalized items
Clearance or final sale items (marked at purchase)
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care
Return Shipping Costs
U.S. orders over $150: Eligible for free return shipping
All other returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Refund Deductions
We reserve the right to deduct:
Shipping costs (if applicable)
Any loss in value due to damage, wear, or missing packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos for verification.
Approved cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
